Malware and the scanners that catch it

Five rooms in order. What malware is and how it gets in; how a scanner decides, first by signatures (a hash or a pattern of a known bad file), then by heuristics, behavior, a sandbox and reputation; using a scanner on your own box with ClamAV, from the update to the quarantine and the log; and the layers around a scanner for the day it misses. The only file any scanner flags in these rooms is the harmless EICAR test file.
